The “Supervisory Committee” is established by the Rates (Jersey) Law 2005 and consists of the 12 Connétables. Articles 40-43 of the Law set out the duties and powers of the Supervisory Committee and the rules for its meetings.

The Supervisory Committee and the Comité des Connétables have decided that business will be conducted in public, except where there is an item (or part of an item) which is exempt under the Freedom of Information (Jersey) Law 2011 (FOI Law). Please read the guidelines for public meetings.

Minutes of meetings which are non-exempt (public) under the FOI Law are available once approved by the Committee.
